Unable to withdraw to my credit card

Hi. Please, Kindly need you help and assistance regarding my PayPal account. As I was intending to withdraw to my credit card, I was told that " Sorry, we need more information , please contact customer service for assistance " Anyone has an idea of what happened and the way out. Thanks

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
