Unable to withdraw money

Withdrawing money attempts leads to an error message “check your details and try again”. I can’t get past this step and my money is stuck with PayPal and I can’t get it into my account

Is it a new account?

Have you withdrawn funds before?

What funding source are you withdrawing to?

Is that funding source confirmed?

Does the name on your paypal account match the funding source name?

Are the funds cleared or pending in your paypal balance?

Are the funds in your currency?
