Great question! Based on what you've said, it sounds like your account may have a withdrawal limit. Even if you've confirmed your bank and card, this could prevent you from withdrawing your funds. You'll have a notification at the top right under the bell icon, and you'll need to verify your information in order to resolve this limit. You can follow the prompts to complete this.
