Recently, when I tried to make a purchase with the balance of my PayPal account, I discovered that I need a PayPal Cash account to continue using my balance. It then prompts for an SSN. However, since I am not a U.S. Citizen nor a U.S. Person entitled to any tax laws, I don't have a social security number. How can I still use my balance?
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? Thanks for the reply. I already emailed support on my mobile PayPal app, they said I must have a social security number to use PayPal Cash. I cannot even get one if I want it, because I am not eligible for it. I honestly don't know what to do.
