Unable to transfer to my bank

I'm unable to transfer money to my bank, a Chase account. I get this message: Your Visa x-#### can’t be used as your preferred payment method when you pay online because it’s no longer up-to-date or there’s something wrong. You can update it or add a new card anytime in your Wallet.

 

But there's nothing wrong with my Chase account, and all the info is up to date.

The error message is about using the card as the preferred method when paying online though, not about withdrawing to bank.
