Hello, I was trying to transfer money from my paypal account to my paypal debit card but it says Unable to transfer money. I have been using paypal for years and never had a problem transferring money, this is the first time I have issue with. I sent an email to them...have not heard anything back yet. I did changed my password...this might have something to do with it?
