I recently had a large amount of money sent to my PayPal account that I need to pay rent/bills. I don't have a pay pal card, but have my cash app debit card linked to my account. I tried to transfer money to my cash app card and said unable to complete transaction. So I tried to transfer the money to my girlfriends paypal and got the same message. Why?
I also had a large amount transfered to my PayPal account and paypal locked my account and are holding my money... My money still in my PayPal account and locked.... Any attempt to speak with someone is no help. It's been almost 5 months already and they are still holding my money.. I would like to take legal action but have no idea who to talk to.
