Unable to transfer money to my linked bank card

I am trying to transfer the money in my wallet to my linked bank account.  Everytime I select transfer money, it doesn't show my bank card details and only gives me the option to add a new bank card, but my bank card details have been linked.  I have telephoned customer support who only gave me the instructions how to link my bank card (which I have already done on several occasions).  

 

Would anyone be able to advise how I can get my money out of my wallet?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
