Unable to transfer money to card

Every time I try and transfer money from my wallet to my debit card it tells me error and I need to update my info and try again. I've gone over my information 5 times nothing is wrong with my info. I'm using my current debit card and my email is activated on here I don't know what else I need to do to ensure that all my info is correct and my account is all set up.

I had to actually get the routing and account number associated with my card and enter it all under link a bank account. Then customer service has to verify your bank account and after that's been done they will withdraw your money and send it as a direct deposit to the bank associated with your card. Even if it's a prepaid card.
