Ok, this is insane. I just got off the phone with a rep. She verified my account fully verified, I'm not able to withdraw the cash to my bank because its a prepaid bank ( even though its verified.....) but she said i would have no problem using the get cash option or transferring to someone else. Low and behold...here I am. **bleep**ing livid. Why am I unable to transfer a cash balance to another pay pal account. It makes no sense I truly want to sue the **bleep** out if this company for holding funds illegally
