Unable to re-link bank account

I've been unable to re link my bank account and i get the error message saying that my bank has been linked to the max amount of accounts. Which doesn't make any sense since this is the only account i have. i have reached out to customer service and they said they would call me to get it sorted out, 4 separate times ive sent them the message and received that as a response only to have nobody contact me and for the conversation to be closed afterwards. Leading me to have to start an entirely new message. An endless cycle of nothing being done. what is going on? I put the info in correctly. i put the code in correctly each time but i still can't re link my bank? ???? this is infuriating
