Unable to "ACCESS YOUR MONEY"

When we try to retrieve the money paid in by a customer, by clicking on ACCESS YOUR MONEY. It asks if we're offering a product or service. We click on SERVICE. After I try clicking on CONFIRM ORDER STATUS, so we can say that the service was provided (so we can access the money), we get a blank screen and nothing happens. What to do?
