Unable to process withdrawal request

I just received money from someone and when i try to withdraw the money to my credit card it gives this message *Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later*? Anybody have any clue? It is my first time using paypal to receive money.

Is it a VISA, and have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

It is a visa, however i did not confirm it with any 4 digits code.. how do i do that.

I have completed the process and card limit has been raised, but i still get the same error.

Then your best bet is to contact customer services.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
