So i created a paypal and never actually used it until recently i added and verified my bank account on to paypal and made a small purchase online, afterwards i tried again but it said i need to add a credit or debit card. I dont currently have credit or debit cards however i tried adding my old debit card and when i tried to purchase something it said error.. Idk what to do.
