I'm very upset, because I was able to link my account before in the past, but for some reason I'm unable to? I've called my bank and all information is correct. Whenever I try to attempt to link my account, they said that my "Instrument is marked as bad" or there was an error. I don't get it! My bank even said they were able to link with paypal.
You can only link a bank account x3 times to a paypal account in that bank accounts lifetime so have you used up those 'lives'?
Secondly have you had a bank transfer failure or negative balance at all? If so paypal may stop you re-adding a bank account and want you to use a card which is a safer option for them in case the same thing re-occurs.
