I have been having difficulty linking my debit card to my Paypal, and thus have been accumulating funds that I am unable to access. I reach as far as getting the small deposit that paypal sends to my account, however, there is no option to confirm the card after doing so. Therefore I cannot accept the money or even use it to make any purchases online. I am unable to get any customer service agent to assist, and I am getting really frustrated in trying to figure it out. Any help?
