Ive just tried to add my debit card (had PP account for ages just unused) but it’s coming up saying my card is linked to another pp account???? Anyone else had this experience? I can’t get through on phone or live chat please help

Can you think of anyone such as a family member of a friend to whom you may have given your card for a purchase? If not, I would recommend trying to give us a call again. Then, one of our agents can locate the card and advise you on how to proceed further.
