Hi, Im trying to link my card to paypal but getting a message that it's already linked to a different account , but this is the first time Im gonna link this card to a paypal account , Need help. Thanks!

Contact customer service for help with adding your card.
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
