I have limited paypal and I received a email confirmation that it is ready to withdraw.
But I tried to link my card and it doesn't work. And then I tried to link another bank card and still the problem persist.
Any solution? Paypal always decline my cards even new ones.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
