Unable to link Bank account

Hi, 

I am unable to link a bank account, my paypal account was linked to a Community Federal Savings Bank account(payoneer) and it was working fine. That account was close and now I have a new account number at the same bank, but when i try to link it, paypal error : we cannot process now, try later. 

Its been like this for weeks. 

Please help

Paypal does not support payoneer, sometimes you can add an account but its not guaranteed to work properly and paypal advise against trying.
