I've recently moved my business bank account over to Mettle. When I have tried to verify my Payment card, the money has come out but there is no code on the payment except "Paypal" which means I can't verify my card. I have tried re-verifying now, also downloading my statement but it has no code on it.
This is a known problem at Mettle's end, where transaction details don't show on the app, or your full statement. I messaged Mettle via the App, and they were able to give me the 4 digit verification code straight away, even though the transaction was showing as Pending.
