Unable to find balance summary. Where does the balance summary displayed?

I've searched and checked the Help section, but I can't seem to get the Paypal site to display my current account balance. I'm not talking about missing money transfers and such. I just want the current balance of my account.

I went to "https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/wallet/balance" which then takes me to "https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/money/balances/summary"

This only shows the various payment methods that I have setup. There is no other information such as a summary balance information.

Any ideas?

I got a (SOLUTION) for YOU follow my steps

#1 go to Clear catch

#2 make sure you do a hard wash on phone or computer (CATCH) or just make sure you CLEAR YOUR CATCH it could be full of MEMORY REFRESH It!!

that could be your problem once you do that you will have to log back in & it will (REFRESH)

you should see your (SUMMARY BALANCE) that's all I can think of that is causing your PROBLEM.

Clearing the cache does not work. I have two accounts, one shows a balance at the top of the Summary screen and the other does not. Anyone else seeing the same thing? And can anyone explain why?
