It seems Paypal have changed the way you convert any funds held in other currencies.
It used to be a menu option but now you have to goto Money, Currencies where you get a list of amounts in all currencies and on far right there are 3 dots which you click to get a sub-menu option to convert.
Unfortunately, as I found out today, touching these dots on a touchscreen (iPad using Safari) and nothing happens - no sub-menu displays.
Clicking them on my laptop using Chrome browser and you get sub-menu, but clicking Convert and nothing happens.
Swapped to Microsoft Edge browser on laptop, clicked button and no sub-menu is displayed.
I have had to call customer services and wade through the voice recognition system (which kept misunderstanding what I was trying to do). They are looking into the problem but thought I would raise it here in case anyone else having trouble.
