I have not been able to get in contact with paypal in anyway for a missing $200 that just dissipated while transferring it to my bank, I have not gotten any response other than a bot with worthless information. I call for over half an hour and no one answers or responds. I have tried everything to get in contact with paypal but no one will help me.
Your best bet is to leave the phone on loud speaker for 3-4 hours until someone picks up.
