I had a bank account linked to my PayPal, but is was disconnected due to an error on PayPal's part and now I cannot reconnect it. I get the "We are unable to process this, try again later" message every time I try to link it back up. What do I do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
