Unable to add funds to my account.

I am from Guyana.

I made an account and linked my debit card to it, the card shows up on my home page as activated, but it doesn't give me the option to add funds to paypal.

Normally as a buyer you don't need to add funds to your paypal balance.

When you pay a seller then normally the funds come directly from any linked card.
