I removed a bank account and I am trying to add a new one. At first it said that "we are unable to link it right now" but now it says "we weren't able to confirm your identity". I looked through the forums but couldn't find anything.
Could someone help me please?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
