I am unable to withdraw my Paypal funds to my Visa card based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It just says "Unable to process request..". I have already sent 2 e-mails to Paypal customer support, where I just got automated responses that were not useful for resolving my situation. The card is verified and was verified well over a month ago. Hoping this would get noticed by someone who could help me out.
