Unable to Link Bank account. (I'm New User)

Hello,

I am a new User in PayPal, Never mapped my any details with Paypal before.
Create an account for the first time & Unable to link my bank account.
I check all the details more than 3 times.
All details are correct from my end.
Also, check bank services with PayPal, it's also working fine for other users.

Help to link bank account with Paypal.
