Unable To Send Money Using Paypal Credit

I been trying to send money back to my moms account since she paid for a pellet smoker i used to smoke out thanksgiving turkeys with. I told her that i had so much of a credit line and that i couldn't make the direct purchase of the pellet smoker due to my paypal account not allowing selection for using paypal credit to purchase the item. Long story short she purchased it for me and i been trying ever since to send money to friends and family using paypal credit and unsuccessful. I contacted Synchrony Bank who issued the paypal credit line and no issues or blocks on their end, i also contacted paypal credit and no account holds or blocks on their end either. They both told me the issue has to be on the actual Paypal side and not Synchrony Bank or Paypal credit. I then called paypal and they looked on their end and can see that i'm trying to send the money and they try to force it on their end also and no go. 

Anybody know of any route of who to go to and how to get this fixed. I literally have talked to about 7 or 8 agents on all ends and still no resolution.

In general, there may be multiple reasons why you cannot send money. For example, your funding source may not be active and in that case, please reach out to the issuer of the funding source that you chose. Otherwise, it may be that your account has been limited and in that case, simply complete the steps in your Resolution Centre to resolve the issue. Also, it may be that our system is preventing you from sending money for security reasons. In this case, we would not be able to manually change the security settings, but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
