Unable To Link My PayPal With Payoneer Mastercard Account

I have been trying to link my PayPal account with Payoneer Mastercard account for a long period, but it says I am unable to do it so. What is the problem with it? And may I know some solutions to it?

Paypal does not support payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and paypal advise you against trying.
