Sorry to hear about the trouble making a payment using your card. It's possible that in order for the partner to receive the payment, it needs to go through a currency exchange, which may not be covered or available for your specific card. If this is the case, the person receiving the payment would need to update their Payment Receiving Preferences. Hopefully this information helps!
