UNABLE TO LINK MY BANK CARD

please can someone help me on how to REMOVE the restriction on my bank card because I need to link my bank card to fund my PayPal account... I’m frustrated about this now.

You said the restriction is of Bank Card. Have you tried contacting your bank and asked them if the Card is ready to use online?
