I was trying to link my bank account to my paypal but unfortunately i continued to put in the wrong numbers when confirming my bank account and now when i try to re-add my bank account it says "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later." i need HELP!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
