UK post code

I am trying to connect my UK bank card into my PayPal account but for some reason, I am unable to enter the post code. It keeps telling me that there is an error.

Well as your paypal account is registered in Oman then no you can't add a UK card.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
