Hello,
So I'm living in Brunei but my country of residence is Philippines. I have a Visa card that i applied through the local bank here in Brunei and I have linked my card to a Brunei Paypal account.
Now I'm thinking of creating a Philippine Paypal account with a different email address
So my question is, Is it legal or is it possible to link my Brunei visa card to a Philippines Paypal account?
and
Are we allowed to create two Paypal account but different country?

You are allowed x2 paypal accounts (in 2 countries) as long as x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.
However Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
