Two Accounts, one phone number, two emails- can I tie each account to a different bank account?

I have long used a personal paypal account, and recently added a Business account (with a different email).  The two accounts share the same phone number.  I'd like to have the personal account tied to my personal bank account, and the business one tied to my business bank account.  Is this possible?
