So about a year ago, I got a $1 twitch donation, I saw it in my PayPal, but it was set on pending, when I pressed it, it said something like I have to confirm it someway and if I don't, the $1 and I was donated would go back to the original person, I didn't understand why I couldn't claim the donation, and within a month it was sent back to the original owner. How can I make it so that I can receive and accept donations without it being pending?
