Trying to use PayPal "Cash a Check" feature - but I get an error saying account is

I've cashed a few checks so this worked a couple times then quit working.
 
When I choose Cash a check in the PayPal App, it doesn't work.
It gives me a big red triangle and says Not Supported "account not suported"
 
I sent  a support ticket to Ingo and they indicate all good on their side.

30 minutes of holding with the Live Agent.  But it is a fact.  After April 1st 2019.

Cash a Check option is not available for Business accounts.  

The recommended solution was to create a Cash Plus account under a personal email.

Is the version of the PayPal app in your device up to date? Maybe it no longer works with business accounts.

 

Contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep. Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
