I have been trying to remove a bank account for weeks. I keep getting the message that it cannot be done at this time, try later.
Explanations for such message are of 3 kinds: 1) Someone else is having a PayPal account using same bank account : NOT THE CASE. 2) Some pending transactions: NOT THE CASE ! 3) Some recurrent transactions for which this source would have been marked as ''preferred'' : NOT THE CASE ! (I have changed all to either the new bank or to the credit card).
I HAVE to remove that bank - account will be closed momentarily.
I have 2 other sources for payments already in place in PayPal (bank + credit card), aside of fact that the first (third) source would be the balance when there is one.
What is the problem ?
