Thought I had paid someone on Ebay using paypal six days ago.Just received a message saying that the seller hadnt yet had payment.Double checked Ebay to discover that Ive paid but payment to the seller is 'pending '.Anyone else having similar problems? Wonder if there is a backlog because of the hdays. Thanks
If your payment is marked completed in your PayPal account and on the seller's end is marked Pending is because the seller's account is probably subject to PayPal's 21 day hold. The seller has to look at the payment details to confirm if that is true and if it says OK to ship under what to do next section of the payment details. They should upload tracking so PayPal can confirm delivery and release the funds.
