Been trying to link my bank account for our non profit to a paypal account I created for them. It keeps saying account associated maximum number of accounts. I was given the old administrators name for LifeBridge and she contacted paypal and they tell her it is not associated with her account. What do I do??
I'm sorry to hear you're having a tough time adding a bank account. If you're receiving the message that it has reached a maximum number of accounts, it must be added to another PayPal account somewhere in our system or the bank account was added and removed enough times where it's not eligible for further action. I recommend working with the non profit to use a different bank account.
