Trying to link a card getting an error

Linked the same card before and confirmed but now getting an error   unable to complete request..No problem with card issuer its Paypal problem ..

Its Mastercard and its valid used before in linking now trying to link getting an error..

You raised a good issue regarding a card that should already be on your account.

Used to link this card on my second  account but at the moment this card is not link..

Is it true that Paypal is no longer accepting linking prepaid Mastercard..

Not all mastercard are compatible with the PayPal system.
