I had to open a PayPal account to get paid for some independent contractor work. Now the money is sitting in my PayPal account. I want to get a check. I request a check and the request is not processed.
If I could use the balance to pay a credit card bill, that would be great, but that service is not available.
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
