Sold a item on ebay, money was paid through paypal customer has the goods and paypal has the money, customer notify Paypal that they have the goods and paypal sends a notice that the money is available,but they won't let me have it until they have picture ID, but they won't give me a address where to send it to. They also want a copy or receipt of where I bought it from. I deal in large buyouts and this was a charter school that failed,they did not give item list that shows each item. The odd thing is that I have sold on ebay and have gotten paid by paypal for the last ten or more years and we had not used the account for the last two years , ebay still has all the records why doesn't paypal?
