Trying to add new ban to my account and i cant do it. HELP!!!

Hi. I am trying to add new bank to my account but when i trying to authorize my actions in page 

authflow/challenges/sms/

i get no sms and i tried call but it showed error... 

The number is correct.

But why suddenly i cant get it to work.

Please Help.
