trying to activate paypal link to bank. it does not bring up a box or space to enter deposit amounts. went to help which is automated. it took amounts.
bank account is still not activated. tried using help messaging. they take 12 hours to respond. it isn't a real person. and they do it at 2 am and give wrong inadequate information or tell me to do what has already been done. frustrated beyond belief as I've been trying to activate it for 4 day's. HELP
