Trouble transferring my account balance to bank account

I cannot get my money because PP requires texting a security code to me to prove my identity. I DO NOT TEXT and refuse to add texting to my phone plan at an additional $12/month for something that I will not use. So, I cannot get the security code to complete the transaction. I tried to get a PP debit card; guess what.....they need to text me a security code to complete this transaction. I have spent hours trying to get my money and continually end up in same predicament. Last night I spent 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone with a PP Help operator (who I could barely understand her English) and got 0 help in solving this problem. Hardest company I have ever done business with. Any suggestions???

You need that now for i.d. purposes to use paypal so maybe get a phone that can accept texts as there is no way around it.
