Having recently moved, we have changed banks and need to remove our former bank account and add our new one. When trying to remove our old account, I get an error message telling me that PayPal is unable to remove it because there is a pending transaction. However, there is no pending transaction, but it won't let me proceed. Any help out there?

2 suggestions.
1.
Check if you had a subscription set up linked to that bank account...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
2.
Its best to add your new bank account first > confirm it > make it your primary one and then you should be able to remove the old one.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
