Trouble getting card for my payroll set up

Hello, I am a new member and have recently set up my PayPal I have been trying to receive assistance on receiving my card to have access to my funds that will be processed as soon as this is set up. I have used the auto generated message system and have even called to receive assistance. I feel like the community has more knowledge on how to help me more I hope this is true and I appreciate the cooperation and time. Best regards. Tyler S.
